Production typically takes 3 to 6 months from the date your deposit is received. Each instrument is built to order, and the schedule depends on your specifications and our current production queue. We will keep you updated as your build progresses.

From 5.9 lbs (2.7 kg), depending on specification. Metal-body resonators are typically built from brass or steel and weigh around 9 to 11 lbs. The weight comes down because the body is fabricated from aluminum sheet and welded, rather than built the traditional way.
Because the body is lighter, the balance shifts toward the neck. The instrument sits like a standard acoustic guitar when seated, and puts less strain on your back and shoulders when standing.

The sound moves forward with clear note definition. We did not set out to increase resonance — we set out to control it.
In 2023 we found that the aluminum cone and the aluminum body were resonating at similar frequencies, so vibration spread through the whole structure instead of projecting. We redesigned the internal structure and reduced the body size to limit where vibration could disperse. The full story is on our Story page.

Less than a wooden guitar. The aluminum body does not absorb moisture and does not move with the seasons. The neck is laminated bamboo and the fingerboard is Richlite, both chosen for dimensional stability — no oiling, no conditioning, no seasonal adjustment.
String height can be adjusted by any local luthier at the nut and the 12th fret.

Yes. String height is customizable, so the instrument can be set up for slide, for fretted playing, or for both. Let us know your preference when we confirm your specifications, and your local luthier can fine-tune it after delivery.

Yes. Every instrument carries a 6-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. If a defect is identified, we will send replacement or repair parts, replace the instrument, or — where replacement is not possible — issue a partial or full refund on reasonable commercial terms.
Two things to know. First, please inspect your instrument on arrival and report any shipping damage with photographs within 48 hours; claims after that window are treated as post-delivery and fall outside the warranty. Second, where such services are reasonably available in your area, a professional setup by a qualified guitar technician is required before a warranty claim is evaluated. Claims are handled primarily through remote consultation with photos.

2点お願いがあります。ひとつは、お届け後すみやかに楽器の状態をご確認いただき、配送中の損傷は48時間以内に写真とともにご連絡ください。それ以降のお申し出は配送後の事由として扱われ、保証対象外となります。もうひとつは、そうしたサービスがお近くで利用できる場合、資格のある技術者によるセットアップを保証対応の前提とさせていただいております。保証のご相談は、まず写真等による遠隔対応から承ります。
