These Terms govern your use of the WELIGHT Guitars website and purchase of products. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Website Use & Prohibited Conduct

You must be at least 18 to use this site. You agree not to:

Use the site in violation of applicable law
Attempt unauthorized access to the site or related systems
Transmit spam or unsolicited communications
Introduce malicious software or code
Reproduce, sell, or exploit site content without written permission
Use automated tools without prior consent
Post defamatory, obscene, or illegal content

2. Intellectual Property

All site content is the property of Ishida Seisakusho Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

⚠ Unauthorized use of our content, brand name, or product images may result in legal action.

3. Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to ensure accuracy. Minor variations may occur due to natural materials and handcrafted production. We reserve the right to correct errors at any time.

4. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance by WELIGHT Guitars. Prices are confirmed at the time of order. Taxes, shipping, and import fees are the purchaser's responsibility. Payment is processed via Shopify Payments or PayPal.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

Governed by Part 1 of this document. Custom-built instruments cannot be cancelled after production commencement except where required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

WELIGHT Guitars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, except to the extent required by applicable law. Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the relevant product.

The purchaser agrees that all order documentation may be used as evidence in payment dispute resolution.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The site and its content are provided on an 'as is' basis without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Third-Party Links

Links to third-party websites are for convenience only. WELIGHT Guitars assumes no responsibility for third-party content or practices.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting content to our site or social channels, you grant WELIGHT Guitars a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use such content for business purposes including marketing.

10. Privacy

Your use of the site is governed by Part 4 of this document (Privacy Policy).

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kyoto District Court. Nothing limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

利用規約

本利用規約は、WELIGHT Guitars（有限会社イシダ製作所運営）のウェブサイトおよびサービスのご利用、ならびに製品のご購入に適用されます。ご注文をもって、本規約にご同意いただいたものとみなします。

第1条（受注生産品について）

WELIGHT Guitarsのすべての楽器は、お客様ごとの仕様に基づく受注生産品です。製品の受注生産品としての性質を十分にご理解の上でご注文ください。

第2条（注文プロセスと契約の成立）

ご注文は以下のプロセスで進行します。

仕様確認・お見積もり
デポジット（着手金）のお支払い
製作開始のご連絡・最終仕様のご確認
製作
残金のお支払い
発送

⚠ 製作開始のご連絡をお送りし、最終仕様にご同意いただいた時点で、弊社との間に拘束力のある売買契約が成立します。この時点以降のキャンセルは、法令で定められた場合を除き認められません。

第3条（価格・支払方法）

価格はご注文時に個別に確定します。お支払い方法：クレジットカード（Shopify Payments）・PayPal。デポジットをご注文確定時に、残金を発送前にお支払いいただきます。関税・輸入税等はお客様のご負担となります。

第4条（返品・返金）

返品・返金については第2部「返金・返品ポリシー」が適用されます。製造上の欠陥が確認された場合を除き返品・返金不可。デポジットは原則非返金。

第5条（保証）

すべての楽器はお届けから6ヶ月の製造上の欠陥に関する限定保証が適用されます。本保証は製品に関するお客様の唯一の救済手段であり、明示・黙示を問わず他のすべての保証に、法令で許される範囲内で優先します。

第6条（禁止事項）

本サイトの利用にあたり以下の行為を禁止します。

適用される法令・規制に違反する利用
本サイトまたは関連システムへの不正アクセスの試み
スパム・迷惑メール等の無断送信
ウイルス・トロイの木馬等の有害プログラムの送信
弊社の書面による許可なく本サイトのコンテンツを複製・転用・販売する行為
名誉毀損・わいせつ・不快・違法なコンテンツの投稿・送信

第7条（知的財産権）

ウェブサイト上のすべてのコンテンツは有限会社イシダ製作所に帰属します。書面による事前許可なく複製・転用することを禁じます。

第8条（免責・責任制限）

法令で許される範囲において、弊社は製品の使用に起因する間接的・付随的・特別・結果的損害について責任を負いません。弊社の賠償責任は、当該製品の購入代金を上限とします。

お客様は、注文過程に関するすべてのドキュメントが支払い紛争解決において証拠として使用される場合があることに同意するものとします。

※ 本規約のいかなる条項も、消費者契約法その他の強行法規上、契約によって排除できない権利を制限するものではありません。

第9条（準拠法・管轄裁判所）

本規約は日本法に準拠します。本規約に関する紛争については、京都地方裁判所を専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

第10条（規約の変更）

弊社は本規約をいつでも変更できます。変更はウェブサイトへの掲載をもって効力を生じます。
