Custom Order Policy

Welight Guitars（以下「当店」）のカスタムオーダー商品は、お客様ごとのご要望に合わせて個別に製作する受注生産品です。ご注文前に、以下の内容を必ずご確認ください。

1. カスタムオーダー商品の性質について

カスタムオーダー商品は、量産品とは異なり、木材選定・塗装・組み込み・最終調整を個別に行うため、1本ごとに表情が異なります。仕様書に基づいて製作いたしますが、手作業工程を含む特性上、完全な同一仕上がりを保証するものではありません。

2. 木材・塗装・素材の個体差について

天然木材および各種素材には、木目、節、導管、色の濃淡、質感などの個体差があります。また、塗装は気温・湿度・下地状態・乾燥条件などの影響を受けるため、同一色指定であっても仕上がりに差が生じます。これらは製品不良ではなく、素材・製法由来の特性としてご理解ください。

3. 見本画像・3D表示と実物の差異について

サイト上の見本画像、レンダリング画像、3Dコンフィギュレーター表示は、仕様確認のためのイメージです。撮影環境、照明、ディスプレイ設定、閲覧端末、色域差などにより、実物と見え方が異なる場合があります。

特に、ボディーの色合いなどは見本画像や3Dと同一条件ではなく、ロットなどで色の誤差はあります。このため、表示画像・3D表示と実物の色味や質感が完全一致しないことをあらかじめご了承ください。

4. 注文確定後の仕様変更について

ご注文確定後（当店が注文受領を完了した時点）の仕様変更は、原則としてお受けできません。やむを得ず変更をご希望の場合は、部材手配・製作進行状況を確認のうえ、対応可否を当店判断でご案内します。変更が可能な場合でも、追加費用・納期延長が発生することがあります。

キャンセル・返品・保証に関する詳細条件は、別途ポリシーページに準じます。内容に差異がある場合は、各ポリシーページの記載が優先されます。

6. 返品・交換について

納期はご注文内容、部材在庫、製作難易度、検品・調整状況、物流事情により変動します。ご案内する納期は目安であり、確約日ではありません。遅延が見込まれる場合は、判明次第ご連絡します。

8. 海外配送・関税について

海外配送の場合、輸入関税、付加価値税（VAT/GST）、通関手数料、現地配送時の追加費用等が発生する場合があります。これらは原則として受取人（購入者）負担です。通関規制・書類要件・配送遅延・保留等は配送先国の制度に準じ、当店が保証・代納できない場合があります。

Welight Guitars custom-order products are made-to-order items individually produced to match each customer's request. Please review the following carefully before placing your order.

1. Nature of Custom-Order Products

Custom-order products differ from mass-produced items. Material selection, finishing, assembly, and final adjustment are all carried out individually, so each instrument will have its own character. We manufacture according to the agreed specifications, but because the process includes handwork, we do not guarantee an identical finish in every detail.

2. Natural Variation in Materials and Finishes

Natural wood and other materials may vary in grain, knots, pores, color tone, and texture. Finishes may also vary depending on temperature, humidity, substrate condition, and drying conditions. These differences are characteristics of the materials and manufacturing process, and are not considered defects.

3. Differences Between Sample Images, 3D Display, and the Actual Product

Sample images, rendered images, and the 3D customizer shown on the website are provided for specification reference only. Actual appearance may differ depending on the shooting environment, lighting, display settings, viewing device, and color gamut.

In particular, body color tones may vary from sample images or 3D visuals, and slight color differences may occur between production lots. Please understand in advance that the displayed images and 3D visuals may not perfectly match the actual color or texture of the final product.

4. Changes After Order Confirmation

Once your order has been confirmed by our store, specification changes are generally not accepted. If you need to request a change for unavoidable reasons, we will review the status of material procurement and production progress and determine at our sole discretion whether a change is possible. Even if accepted, additional charges and a longer lead time may apply.

5. Cancellation

7. Lead Time

Lead times vary depending on the order details, parts availability, production difficulty, inspection and setup conditions, and logistics. Any lead time we provide is an estimate, not a guaranteed date. If a delay is expected, we will notify you as soon as it becomes known.

8. International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, and any additional local delivery charges may apply. These charges are generally the responsibility of the recipient. Customs regulations, documentation requirements, delays, and holds are subject to the rules of the destination country, and we may not be able to guarantee or prepay such charges.
